Sarah Grossberger
Sarah Grossberger has been teaching yoga for over 18 years, with a foundation in Ashtanga Yoga and studies in Iyengar Yoga. Her classes combine mindful alignment, strength, flexibility, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing to support the body, mind, and soul. With a focus on creating both physical vitality and inner calm, Sarah guides students to build strength, improve mobility and circulation, release tension, and cultivate balance, presence, and inner peace.
Avigail Stoll
Avigail stoll is a licensed clinical social worker worker who has been in the field since 2016. After completing a Masters of Social Work at New York University , she pursued a specialization in working with couples , trauma survivors and complex relationships. She is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy , Child Parent Psychotherapy, Somatic Interventions, and other therapeutic modalities. Avigail currently works as a supervisor and staff therapist at the Jerusalem Therapy Center and maintains a private practice in Ramat Bet Shemesh where she works with couples , women , and young children.
Maya Apter
Maya is the heart and vision behind EXHALE — thoughtfully designing each retreat as a seamless journey of beauty, depth, and renewal. With an intuitive understanding of what women truly need, she curates every detail with intention, creating an atmosphere that feels both elevated and deeply nourishing. As both program planner and culinary artist, Maya brings a rare blend of creativity and care — crafting experiences that awaken the senses while allowing space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect. Her approach is rooted in warmth, elegance, and a genuine desire to create something meaningful. From the flow of the retreat to the meals shared around the table, everything is touched by Maya’s signature: refined, soulful, and effortlessly held.
